ABOUT Fleur
A passionated yoga teacher since 2010 and a masseuse since 2018. Several studies and gained her certificates in Amsterdam and Thailand. Moved from Amsterdam to Hoorn to reconnect with nature and to find peace and eas. Growing her own vegetables, fruits and enjoying the Ijsselmeer with her family.
Teaching yoga now at Sportcentrum Hoorn, Zense Yoga Studio, Vipassana Meditation Centre and Sacha Yoga Studio in Hoorn. And started the hidden ZEN in June 2024 - for people to go back to the basics.
Created a place where you can find rest and (re)discover your own ZEN - in the middle of nature just nearby the dynamics of the city.
